All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During new collection launches or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times
Middle East: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs and destination country.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All SEA LA VIE pieces are carefully prepared and shipped with love.

You may return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

You can choose between:
• A refund to your original payment method
• A store credit

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All tags and hygiene liners (for swimwear) must remain attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and the protective liner must remain intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
